Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes! Our Free plan with 25,000 emails per month is completely free forever. No credit card required, no trial period, no catches. We believe in giving developers a generous free tier to build and grow.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
What happens if I go over my email limit?
We'll send you a notification when you're approaching your limit. On paid plans with overage enabled, you can continue sending at a small per-email cost. Otherwise, we'll pause sending until the next billing cycle or you can upgrade anytime.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly or yearly via Stripe. Annual plans save you 17% (2 months free). You can pay with any major credit card. We'll always email you before charging, and you can manage your subscription anytime from your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! There are no contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel a paid plan, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then automatically downgrade to the Free plan so you never lose access.
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?
